Reports can be configured to be mailed to individuals on a regular basis.  The content of the reports differ depending on which Rocketseed product you use. 

When an account is created, the ‘Product Type’ is set and a contact should be added to ensure the Customer receives the correct automated report.

Signature reporting v’s campaign reporting

Signature clients get sent a basic overview of their key numbers and click statistics for the past month only. They do not have access to the detailed reporting tab.

Campaign clients receive a more advanced report which goes into detail about banner performance, signature performance, engagement and top sender analytics amongst other details.

Setting up automated reports

• Once in your account go to the left hand menu ‘Edit Account’

• Expand the ‘Contact Information’ section
  Add the name and email address of the recipient who wishes to receive the automated reports. Signature Clients can only receive this on a Monthly basis.
