Rocketseed’s retargeting rules mean that you can automatically reach recipients with the most relevant email banner campaigns for them based on their banner click-through behaviour, maximising the opportunity for conversion.
With our Campaign product you can choose specific banners to include Retargeting trackers. This means that if someone clicks on that specific link/banner they will be placed into a Recipient group, which targets that individual with other related banner Campaigns moving forward. This will then be prioritised over banners at Sender level (unless the sender banner is assigned with override priority or is assigned directly to the specified sender).
For example, a Hospitality company may be promoting a range of sporting events, if one person shows interest and clicks on a particular sport/product banner you may wish to serve them associated sport/product banners going forward.
Please note that once someone is automatically placed into the Recipient group they will be served the banners you have assigned to this group only. We recommend that when your Campaign has finished you re-assess the Receiver group as you may then want them to see all then new wider range of banners going forward.
