When you log into the interface the homepage shows an overview of your account statistics for the past 7 days. This highlights up to the top 5 banners being used including the number of unique recipients emailed, total clicks and the engagement percentage.
Depending which Rocketseed product you have will determine the level of reporting insight you have access to.
Signature clients can receive a Key Number report on the 1st of every month to a designated email address. Campaign clients receive a more detailed Campaign Report at the same time. Details of what is included in these can be found below. Campaign customers also have access to the ‘Reporting’ (on the left hand menu bar) which provides more in-depth insight.
Reporting can be accessed from several places in the Rocketseed user interface. If you want to pull reporting for specific Senders / Receivers or Groups, these are accessed from the Sender / Receiver Hierarchy. For reporting for the entire Account, you simply navigate using the reporting function on the left hand menu.
The account level has access to many reports from the reporting function
