The Rocketseed email signature on compose pulls the signature design and the personal data held in the Rocketseed database into the compose email window at the time of your email composition. This Signature on Compose functionality is available in your Google Web Access email client.
This means that if you are using one of the above applications and the SoC function has been installed in your environment, you will be able to see your signature content when you write your email.
PLEASE NOTE: This feature is currently only supported by the Gmail App on iPhone mobile devices. For emails sent from your Android mobile device, the email signature will be added once the mail is routed via the Rocketseed server.
As explained, the SoC Add-in for Google Workspace users needs to be installed by the Google Workspace Mail Administrator. Once this update has been pushed to all the users, they will see their Rocketseed signature design in the Signature section of their Gmail account as shown below.
This signature will automatically be added to every email that is being created in the Gmail Web Application as below.
If you are using the Gmail Application on your iPhone, you will also be able to see the signature when composing a new email
This is not yet available on Android devices but we understand that this will soon become available.
The following things are useful to know when you are using Signature on Compose
You will only see your signature when you write your email, the banner and disclaimer will be added when the mail routes through the Rocketseed server
The images in your signature will be referenced and not embedded
Your signature information may be updated by the user but this will not update the Rocketseed application
