The following document will take you through the step-by-step installation guide for the Outlook Addin. This installation is to be completed by the Microsoft 365 administrator on the Microsoft 365 tenant. The addin will then become available to all selected users on the tenant. It will be available in their Outlook Web Access as well as their MS365 Outlook email client versions.
The Admin user should log on to your Microsoft 365 tenant using the following url https://admin.microsoft.com/#/homepage
Navigate to the “Integrated Apps” section as shown in the screenshot below.
Click the “Upload custom apps” link on the page shown below

This stage is where you decide to which users the plugin should be deployed. You have the option of deploying to just yourself (for testing purposes for example), to specified users or to the entire organisation.
Click the next button on this screen to accept the app’s permissions
Check the installation and finish the application deployment
You will receive confirmation of the deployment. Please note that this could take up to six hours to become active
